Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 35 years of relevant experience in the education sector or a similar client-facing, target-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, developing relationships with key stakeholders in colleges and institutions, and converting leads into successful student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute on-campus/off-campus student engagement activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), consultants, and institutional partners.

- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into admissions.

- Counsel students and parents on overseas education options and guide them through the admission process.

- Drive business growth in the assigned territory and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to align business development efforts.

- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation, conversion, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 35 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the education or services industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
