Job Description : - Manage the entire WH Function 3P Operations in sync with company's policies and procedures. - Responsible for Overall productivity and cost for the WH Operations. - Planning, Scheduling, and executing all WH Related activities and building a high -performance Warehouse Team - Work with various teams to build SOPS, Processes and Tech Improvements as per requirements. - Defining volumes/targets and work in sync with the WH Head for capacity planning and innovations as per Business requirement. - Implementing value-based initiatives to reduce the QC Rejections to achieve standardization and reduce cost. - Coordinating with Merchandising dept. for the critical issues to be solved and corrected from source - Provide Training and standardise the work as per business needs. Job Specifications : - 4-6 years of proven work experience in Warehouse Operations in Large Company. - Should have handled a team of 50 + member Team and WH Size of minimum 30K Sq ft. - Familiarity with E-com Business. - Proficient in Excel and MIS reports - Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
