Responsibilities: - Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills - Analyze growth metrics, draw inferences, and execute improvement actions - plan expansion strategies basis growing demand. - Do analysis to understand sales trends and drivers and develop recommendations on how tog row the business through partner accounts and VAS. - Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession. - Manage hospital and doctor relationships - interaction and good rapport with various stakeholders - hospital owner/s, finance department, doctors, billing/admin department etc. - Manage ground level teams involved in managing patients experience in hospitals and diagnostic centers - Setup systems and processes to enable higher IPD conversion (% surgery recommendations converting into admissions) - Conceive & deploy newer ways to drive higher conversions in the most efficient manner. - Eye on end-to-end operations through continuous monitoring with major focus on enhancing quality service and great patient experience. - Programs manage with the cross functional focus groups to proactively resolve issues - Responsible for recruiting, training, and performance management of the team Desired Skills : - Curious, proactive, practical, and solution-oriented with "Go Getter" attitude. - Data savvy and love crunching numbers. - Good logical thinking, strong data analysis skills and problem-solving skills - Aware of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical behavior - Hospital experience in general operations preferred - Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results. - Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. - Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation. Key Qualifications : - 10+ years of experience as a leader with sales, operations, and P&L responsibilities - At-least 5 years' experience in the ecommerce/ startup industry with strong on ground experience in operations - 5+ years' experience in managing teams. - MBA - hospital administration (preferred) - Proficiency in Telugu, English
