Merger and Acquisitions

1. Developing financial models, sensitivity, and risk analysis matrices

2.Manage the due diligence of the assets

3.Support with NBO/BO submission and SPA negotiations

4. Managing existing M&A related documentations and support.

Financial Modelling

1.Standardization of financial models for bidding and M&A. Regular updation of the same.

2.Support BD team with financial models for bidding

Portfolio Management

1.Support CFO/Finance team on M&A, Corporate Finance and other Finance matters

2.Manage, regularly update, and control all portfolio assets financials models

3.Manage MIS to be shared with investors on a weekly basis including working with internal teams to ensure the timelines are met.

MIS Management

- Preferred qualification : MBA from Tier 1 institutes with BE or CA(With 1st Attempt cleared)

- Candidates with Bangalore as current base location will be preferred.
