Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Market Survey) to join our team. The role involves data gathering, cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualization to support traffic, transportation, and business research initiatives carried out by the client unit. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting both qualitative and quantitative market surveys, ensuring data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Conduct statistical analysis and develop visualizations to present findings clearly.

- Support traffic, transportation, and business-related research projects.

- Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies, including log frame development.

- Conduct in-depth and dipstick market surveys using methodologies such as Likert scale and other survey tools.

- Prepare research reports and presentations for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research findings with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in market survey or research-based roles.

- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, survey design, and research techniques.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Excel).

- Excellent data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
