Role and Responsibilities: - We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer with decent problem solving skills and coding experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in backtesting of trading strategies, experience with the markets, and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a sequential manner. - You will be responsible for putting the thoughts and ideas of traders into a working automated trading strategy, preferably in ADL(Algo Design Lab). Backtest ideas, analyse trading strategies and optimization. - You will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or in collaboration with others to find solutions. Excellent communication skills are an essential. Requirements: - Understanding of the Markets - Hands on experience in programming: Python, R; Object-oriented languages are a plus - Past experience in developing and back testing trading strategies - Experience of trading in the markets in an added plus but not a necessity - Experience with ADL(Algo Design Lab) is an added plus - Quantitative aptitude and research oriented mindset - Highly driven and motivated; eager to learn - Ability to work in competitive and fast paced environment - Entrepreneurial mind-set, strong work ethic and hard working
