Axtria - Manager - Commercial Life Sciences Analytics

Job Title: Manager Commercial Life Sciences Analytics - Decision Intelligence.

Job Summary: This role will be responsible for delivering solutions to business problems in commercial life science analytics enabling clients with actionable insights and business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis independently.

- Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client.

- Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.

- Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation.

- Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs).

- Mentor junior associates in the team.

Job Requirements:

- 5.5 to 8 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain.

- Knowledge of data sets like Xponent, LAAD/APLD, Plantrak, Formulary, NR/DDD, etc.

- Can work across a variety of projects advanced analytics, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting.

- Experience in one or more of various solutions like Segmentation, Key driver analysis, Brand reporting and dashboarding, Marketing Mix, T&C / A-B testing, Patient Analytics.

- Strong in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions, and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations.

- Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs).

- Relevant experience in Statistical/ modeling knowledge, ability to transform data to insights, good data visualization/ reporting skills.

- Good to have work experience in building statistical modeling and/or AI/ML models.

- Technical knowledge R/ Python/ SQL.

- Knowledge of PowerBI and self-service analytics platforms such as Dataiku/ KNIME/ Alteryx will be an added advantage.

- MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.

- Mentor Junior Associates.

Qualification:

- BE/ B. Tech/ B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ M Tech/ MBA.
