Description:

- Inside Sales Leader in Life Sciences/Pharma Analytics Space.

- Axtria is seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Leader to lead our offshore inside sales team supporting the US and EU markets.

- This leader will drive pipeline growth, optimize sales processes, and enhance collaboration with marketing and account sales teams.

- The ideal candidate has a strong track record in inside sales leadership, demand generation, and enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the life sciences, SaaS, or analytics domain.

Job Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the inside sales strategy to drive revenue growth across US and EU markets.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing inside sales team, ensuring best practices in outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.

- Pipeline Development: Own sales targets, and optimize the lead generation engine, partnering with marketing and business development to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.

- Sales Operations & Enablement: Implement data-driven sales processes, leveraging CRM, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency.

- Collaboration: Work closely with business, marketing, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.

- Performance Metrics: Track key sales KPIs, including lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline coverage, and contribution to closed deals.

- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Education:

- Master of Business Administration in Marketing.

Work Experience:

- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact in US/EU markets.

- Experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics, or life sciences technology sales is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of sales automation, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and lead qualification frameworks.

- Exceptionally disciplined leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of sales analytics and reporting.

- Bachelors degree required.

- 16+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.

Note:

- This is a role that shadows US and EU working hours, so the working hours will be in evening shift beginning at 5:30 PM IST.
