Role Overview:

- The role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution for critical initiatives across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Customer Service.

- The incumbent will drive project planning, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, testing validation, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure for key business initiatives.

- Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution within defined timelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and alignment.

- Track project progress, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Conduct project meetings to drive decision-making, resolve issues, and ensure closure of action items.

- Drive best practices in project management, operational excellence, and risk management.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal controls.

- Design and document test cases covering functional requirements, data integrity, security, and compliance.

- Execute and validate test cases to ensure new developments do not impact existing functionality.

- Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with technology teams to improve testing efficiency.

- Analyze test results, assess risks, and report deviations and concerns to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA / CA / Post Graduate preferred

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
