Purpose:
- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between strategy and execution.
- This role involves working closely with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to drive successful marketing initiatives, monitor performance, and align campaigns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Implementation and Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, offline activations, and paid media.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams, content writers, and designers to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Deploy and monitor digital campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with CRM, automation tools, and customer engagement platforms.
- Manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely roll outs and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize content, creative, and delivery methods for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve execution challenges, ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
Stakeholder and Agency Management:
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and media agencies to develop high-quality marketing materials and assets.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure agencies and vendors adhere to timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress, provide updates, and resolve execution challenges.
- Negotiate contracts, scope of work, and deliverables with external partners to maximize value.
- Monitor agency performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration between all stakeholders to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) across all marketing campaigns, including impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different campaign elements (ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and formats) to optimize results.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize marketing spend by reallocating budgets based on performance analysis and return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously refine strategies based on campaign learnings to improve engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Process and work-flow Management:
- Develop and streamline marketing execution processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Establish clear workflows for campaign planning, execution, and review, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution, approval processes, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure marketing assets, creatives, and content are systematically organized and easily accessible for future use.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the execution process to improve turnaround times.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain documentation of marketing processes, best practices, and learnings to improve execution efficiency over time.
