Relationship Manager
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of BBG clients with focus on LAP and Term Loans.
- Acquire new business by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable lending solutions.
- Handle complete credit lifecycle including sourcing, appraisal, sanction, and disbursement.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of clients.
- Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Credit, and Operations teams for timely processing of cases.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio performance, asset quality, and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and present credit proposals, MIS reports, and portfolio reviews to senior management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Term Loan products.
- Good understanding of legal documentation and technical evaluation.
- Experience handling ticket sizes of 5 Cr to 25 Cr.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in banking/finance will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Business Banking / MSME / Corporate Banking.
- Proven track record in portfolio management and business acquisition.
