- This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Area Head.
- The Area Head is accountable for overseeing and managing the financial operations, leading sales teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the assigned region.
- The role involves designing and executing sales strategies, developing long-term client relationships, ensuring achievement of business targets, and compliance with company policies.
- The Area Head serves as a key leader in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple teams.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Business Development and Sales Management with a focus on driving targets and building strategies.
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills to build and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams while delivering consistent performance.
- Knowledge of financial products, credit analysis, and banking solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
