Construction Manager (Senior Manager / Manager)

Summary:

Construction manager oversees the construction phase of wind energy projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. They coordinate with various teams, manage subcontractors, and handle project-related tasks from initial planning to commissioning.

- Oversee wind farm construction, installation, and commissioning activities.

- Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO standards and industry regulations.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material handling and site operations.

- Monitor site progress, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, inspections, and testing procedures.

- Address technical challenges and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

- Maintain site documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals.

- Conduct regular safety training and audits to ensure a risk-free work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- 10-12 years of experience in wind farm site management and construction.

- Strong knowledge of Electrical infrastructure works up to 400 kV level.

- Experience in contractor management, site logistics, and safety protocols.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
