- The individual will be leading the marketing for Cards, Merchant Acquiring and Digital Payments. This is a supervisory role in which the incumbent would manage a team of 3-4 Brand Managers responsible for the design and implementation of various marketing initiatives. - The bank's focus on digital payments coupled with fast-paced technological advancements requires this team to be dynamic and agile while ensuring executional excellence at scale across products/ campaigns. Key responsibilities include: - Planning integrated marketing activities in line with brand (awareness, consideration) and business objectives (acquisition, usage) - Developing the go-to-market plan for the launch of the new products &amp; the plan for year-round promotion of the same - Branding &amp; designing the communication for feature/ offer led campaigns based on customer insights - Conceptualizing and designing the card plastic, welcome kits etc. in line with the overall brand guidelines - Maintain brand integrity across product lines across all mediums for internal and external communication along with partner communication - This role involves coordination with the Product teams, partner agencies, internal support departments and the internal Marketing team to deliver on the overall marketing objectives. Typical day in the life of this candidate will involve - - Interaction with the Product team to understand the business objectives and devise marketing plans to fulfill the same - Consumer immersion to understand the barriers and triggers for the product to create insight driven impactful communication - Interaction with the various partner agencies (creative, media, digital and campaign management) for developing communication, execution &amp; monitoring of the campaigns - Interaction with various stakeholders within the organization for understanding existing problem statements &amp; fulfillment of marketing plans - Tracking and monitoring effectiveness of campaigns across mediums - Identification of new initiatives to enable achievement of identified goals - Guide and mentor team for optimal performance Qualification and Experience - 8-10 years- experience in marketing in FMCG, Telecom, BFSI or client servicing/ planning at agency. - MBA / Post Graduate Skill Requirement - Must Have - Consumer insight generation - Communication development - Executional experience on large scale projects - Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders - Ability to multi-task and be able to handle multiple brands/categories simultaneously - Prior team management experience Good to Have - - Agency and client side experience - Understanding of financial products and associated consumer behavior
