Role Description:
- Ensure completion of CPV/ LR/Other Verification
- Ensure quality verifications of Gold Loan packets through RCU agencies for all Consumer Lending branches in the region as per set frequency.
- Ensure quality verifications conducted through RCU agencies for all ware houses funded by bank in the region every month.
- Ensure eyeballing activity through RCU agencies for submitted various post sanction documents and trigger base sampling at CPCs in the region.
- Ensure Post Sanction / Disbursal Asset Verifications are conducted for various loan products eg. HL, LAP, Tractor Loans etc. Cross checking.
- Ensure Second Level Field Verification of qualifying CASA Customers in the zone , as per RBO Norms
- Ensure detailed optimal investigation of 100% FD (Fraud Document) cases and 50% of FP (Fraud profile) cases per month with respect to Sampling Frauds leading to perpetrator identification and setting of deterrents.
- Ensure action 100% of cases in Hunter within TAT with zero error and ensure the catch to match ratio.
- Ensure Vendor Audit fulfillment - Ensure all vendors across the region are audit ready (internal/external) and ensure remedial steps are followed through appropriately
- Complete various CBT and other training modules by all team members within the time allotted
- Monitor RCU cost closely and come up with cost reduction ideas
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders like - law enforcement agencies, business team, Credit and Operations, Collections team, peer Banks benchmarking, etc.
- Conduct quarterly training to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse latest market trends and sharing the same in monthly meeting with sales/credit/ops team in respective regions
