Client Management/ Servicing:  - Serve as a dedicated single point of contact for 100-150 HNWI clients   - Portfolio management  - Review individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients   - Identify the risk profile of the customer   - Identify potential investment products for clients   - Counsel client on emerging financial issues, new bank products and services, regulatory tax changes, and the general financial environment, in order to advise them of the impact on their personal/corporate wealth and bank related services  Product Advice:  - Leverage product experts to generate product specific investment ideas for clients  Processes:  - Ensure proper documentation for smooth transaction execution and customer service   - Ensure advisory processes are consistent with defined compliance norms  - Prepare KYC reports of client  Knowledge:  - Build knowledge on available products - Coordinate with IAG/Product/research group   Client Acquisition:  - Create and maintain specific business and marketing plan for existing/new customers  - Leverage networks, partnership, and sources of leads and referrals to access prospective clients  - Interact with internal referral sources to recognize qualified prospects and referral opportunities   - Participation in events to meet current and prospective clients as well as to educate clients on investment products (e.g. investment seminar etc.)  - Refer clients seeking business advisory services to corporate banking/capital markets team  - Actively cross sell / provide referrals to other Axis Group Business Units/ Product groups  Role :   - Acquiring & servicing HNI Clients and building AUM for HNI business Responsible for revenue generation by offering the products like MF,LI,Axis Direct/Alternate Products and other cross sell products  - Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with the customer to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and generate business  KRA:  - Achievement of IPG, NTB, Cross sell, hooks, CDAB Targets. Deepening ETB relationships. He/she would be responsible to generate revenue from the acquired customers. He/ she will also have weightage on customer feedback and training results.  - Fluent in English, HNI/corporate client acquisition in the areas of Equity, commodity, currency, structured products and other cross sell products . Past track record of sales performance  Graduate or an MBA
