Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with strong experience in selling electronics, electrical components, or manufacturing-based products. The role involves business development, key account management, and expanding sales in industrial and B2B sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales operations for electronics/manufacturing products.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, industrial buyers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, technical discussions, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare MIS reports.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide sales strategy inputs.
- Handle customer visits, presentations, and after-sales support coordination.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience in electronics, electrical, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong B2B/industrial sales experience is mandatory.
- Good technical understanding of manufacturing/engineering products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Engineering degree/diploma preferred (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical).
