Roles & Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Customization: Work with delivery and sales to design high-impact, technically viable solutions for data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, CDPs, and cloud migrations.
- Advanced knowledge of data science, analytics methodologies, AI/ML applications and BI tools.
- Expertise in project lifecycles and solution delivery processes.
- Proven ability to translate complex client business problems into technical solutions.
- Work with Practice team to gather and design customized solutions that meet the clients specific needs.
- Liaise with the technical delivery team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with organizational capabilities.
- Develop detailed proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
- Conduct industry and market research to tailor solutions to major industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, E-Commerce, D2C & Retail.
- In-depth understanding of industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, E-Commerce, D2C & Retail.
- Proposal Ownership: Lead the RFI/RFP response process, technical proposals, pricing support, and value articulation.
- Client Engagement: Participate in key client meetings to present solutions, run discovery workshops, and conduct product/service demos.
- Sales Enablement: Develop reusable assetspitch decks, case studies, ROI models, solution acceleratorsfor the GTM team.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing pre-sales team; establish playbooks and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align closely with Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure holistic and scalable solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Track trends in AI, data engineering, cloud, and digital transformation to keep offerings competitive.
Additional Skills:
- MBA degree from top-tier institution.
- 8-12 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or Consulting roles in SaaS or Data/AI firms.
- Deep understanding of data and analytics ecosystems: cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and AI/ML solutioning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in stakeholder and project management.
- Good understanding of tools and technologies.
- Experience responding to complex RFPs and working on large pursuits.
- Exposure to collaborative work environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
- Experience building and scaling pre-sales or solutioning teams is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with industry verticals like Telecom, CPG, BFSI, or Healthcare is advantageous.
