AI researchers and agents analyze this graph to surface risks, identify traceability gaps, highlight dependencies, and generate actionable insights.

These insights help transformation leaders understand program health, detect execution risks earlier, and make better decisions across complex initiatives.

Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager

Role Overview

Forward Deployed Product Managers work directly with organizations executing large transformation programs. You will partner with transformation leaders, PMOs, architects, and system integrators to understand how these programs operate and where execution risks emerge.

You will then translate these insights into analytical frameworks and AI driven analysis within the Axiamatic platform. Many capabilities in the product originate from solutions first developed by Forward Deployed Product Managers working directly with customers.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation programs, product development, and Applied AI.

You will help turn complex transformation problems into scalable software capabilities used across the platform.

Responsibilities

- Work directly with transformation programs

- Partner with enterprise stakeholders including program leaders, PMOs, functional architects, and system integrators.

- Develop a deep understanding of how large ERP and IT transformation programs are structured, governed, and executed.

- Identify the critical questions leaders need answered in order to understand program health, emerging risks, and execution readiness.

- Help transformation leaders gain real-time visibility into complex programs that would otherwise be difficult to observe.

- Build transformation intelligence

- Design analytical frameworks and program intelligence views within the Axiamatic platform.

- Analyze transformation program data to surface insights such as execution risks, traceability gaps, readiness indicators, and cross-program dependencies.

- Structure complex program information in ways that help leaders quickly understand program health and make better decisions.

- Develop repeatable analytical approaches that can be applied across multiple transformation programs.

- Define AI-driven program analysis

- Design structured analytical specifications that guide how AI agents analyze transformation program data.

- Translate domain knowledge about large transformation programs into reusable analytical frameworks.

- Work closely with engineers and researchers to ensure AI-driven analyses are accurate, reliable, and scalable.

- Continuously refine these analytical models based on real-world program data and customer feedback.

- Turn customer problems into product capabilities

- Identify patterns across transformation programs and translate them into reusable product capabilities within the Axiamatic platform.

- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to evolve solutions developed during customer engagements into scalable platform features.

- Help shape the product roadmap by identifying opportunities to automate analysis and expand transformation intelligence across customers.

- Lead discovery and pilot engagements

- Work with prospective customers to understand their transformation programs, execution challenges, and areas of risk.

- Partner with sales and leadership teams to design pilots and proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate the value of transformation intelligence.

- Help organizations understand how Axiamatic can analyze program data and surface actionable insights.

- Show how the platform provides visibility into complex programs by detecting risks, dependencies, and execution gaps.

- Drive continuous product learning

- Use insights from real-world transformation programs to inform product development and platform capabilities.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities to automate analysis and expand the platform's transformation intelligence.

- Help shape the evolution of Axiamatic by identifying new analytical capabilities that can improve how organizations understand and manage complex programs.

Qualifications Required

Experience helping organizations understand and manage complex initiatives such as ERP implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale IT programs.

Exp

- Experience working in product management, enterprise software, management consulting, enterprise transformation programs, or pre-sales solution consulting roles supporting complex enterprise environments, participating in discovery sessions, solution design, pilots, or proof-of-concept engagements with enterprise customers.

- Strong hands-on experience designing analytical frameworks, prototypes, or technical workflows that solve complex operational problems.

- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate complex program information into clear analysis and actionable insights.

- Experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders including program leaders, PMOs, architects, and system integrators.

- Curiosity about applied AI and interest in how AI systems can improve decision-making across complex organizations.

Preferred

- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Epicor.

- Experience in management consulting, transformation programs, or enterprise delivery roles.

- Experience analyzing complex operational or program data using data analysis tools, AI systems, or LLM-based workflows.

- Familiarity with knowledge graph-based platforms or systems that model relationships across complex datasets.

- Experience working in ambiguous environments and building solutions from first principles.
