Role Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment function at Axestrack. This role will not only own the end-to-end hiring cycle but will also be accountable for implementing and enforcing the recruitment structure and systems we are building - including trackers, playbooks, and standardized processes. He/She will also lead a team of recruiters and ensure that hiring goals are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Work with business leaders/Function teams to understand hiring needs.
- Translate requirements into clear JDs and search & sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular status updates using the structured reporting model.
- Set daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure accountability.
- Track productivity metrics (# reached out, # connected, # shortlisted, interviews, closures).
- Standardize HR screening, interview evaluation, and closure processes.
- Drive a culture of discipline and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and refine outbound searches on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Apna.
- Optimize sourcing strategies for both blue-collar/entry-level and mid-level functional roles.
- Negotiate timelines, manage expectations, and ensure consistent stakeholder communication.
- Drive offer negotiations and joining ratios.
Skills & Competencies
- Boolean search & outbound sourcing across portals
- Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, funnel tracking, daily reporting)
- Data-driven approach and structured thinking
- Team management and mentoring skills
- Strong negotiation and closure ability
- Stakeholder management with senior business leaders
Exposure/Experience
- Recruitment across Sales, Service/Customer Success, and Operations roles
- Experience in entry-level/blue-collar hiring
- Proven track record in high-volume and niche hiring
