About the Role

We're looking for a Head - Org Strategy & Transformation who can turn People Ops into a strategic advantage, not just a support function.

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, people, and operations - owning Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Org/People Transformation. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you'll work closely with the founders and leadership team to:

a) Build a scalable, data-driven People engine

b) Drive digitalisation and operating discipline across the organisation

c) Shape the culture, cadence, and execution DNA of Axestrack

d) You will lead 3 core functions (TA, HR Ops, Transformation) and ensure seamless execution, strong governance, and continuous improvement across all of them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Leadership

a) Build and refine dashboards, SOPs, guardrails, automation, and digital workflows for hiring

b) Strengthen evaluation frameworks, assessments, and funnel governance so every hire is deliberate and data-backed

c) Coach and mentor the TA Team Lead - driving productivity, performance, and discipline across the team

d)Ensure TA runs like a well-oiled, metrics-driven engine aligned to business priorities

2. HR Operations & Admin

a) Own grievance management, employee queries, and issue resolution with speed and empathy

b) Govern attendance, discipline, internal processes, and compliance - making sure we run tight, fair, and transparent operations

c) Design and enforce operational SOPs, checklists, and audit rhythms

d) Support admin, infra, and office operations where required to keep the organisation running smoothly

e) Lead and mentor the HR Ops Team Lead, building a strong execution-focused backbone for the company

3. Org / People Transformation (Digital + Cultural)

a) Own and elevate internal digital systems & rituals (meeting discipline, attendance, engagement, behavioural metrics, digital hygiene, etc.)

b) Make People Ops fully data-driven using dashboards, RAG models, and business-aligned insights

c) Create tracking mechanisms for movement, improvement, and compliance across people initiatives

d) Partner with founders and business heads to ensure people strategy mirrors business needs - org design, role clarity, performance culture, and change management

e) Drive experiments and pilots in culture-building, productivity, and leadership development - and scale what works

Requirements


a) 3-7 years of experience in Entrepreneurship, General Management, Strategy, or Operations Excellence

b) Strong analytical mindset, design-thinking approach, and clear tech/data orientation

c) Comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritise ruthlessly and execute reliably

d) Experience leading teams or functional TLs is preferred

e) Startup/scale-up mindset with a strong bias for action, ownership, and experimentation

f) Someone who naturally thinks in systems, dashboards, and feedback loops - not just policies and HR templates
