We specialize in working with leading logistics and transport companies, including the Adani Group, helping them digitize their operations through our innovative software and IoT-based tracking solutions.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Product Implementation Consultant is a pivotal role responsible for deploying our advanced digital logistics solutions to international clients, particularly in the US market. This position combines technical acumen, client engagement, and strategic project management expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION & CONFIGURATION

- Lead product deployment and configuration efforts by acting as the primary liaison for US-based enterprise clients

- Understand client requirements and ensure smooth integration with their existing systems and processes

- Customize implementation plans based on client-specific needs and operational structures

- Develop and execute detailed project timelines and deliverables

- Provide technical documentation and training materials for end-users

2. REAL-TIME MONITORING & SUPPORT

- Monitor fleet data dashboards for anomalies and system performance issues

- Ensure real-time identification of tracking and operational issues

- Liaise with internal technical teams to promptly resolve operational concerns

- Maintain system uptime and provide proactive support

- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary

3. MARKET RESEARCH & FEEDBACK LOOPS

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and user research analysis

- Identify and analyze industry trends relevant to logistics and telematics

- Feed insights and learnings into product development cycles

- Gather and document client feedback and requirements

- Recommend data-driven enhancements and feature improvements

4. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams

- Ensure cohesive implementation strategy and post-implementation support

- Leverage product usage data and performance KPIs to contribute to go-to-market planning

- Participate in product launch initiatives and new feature rollouts

- Guide internal decision-making with client insights and market feedback

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Academic & Professional Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- MBA from a leading B-School (preferred)

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field

Experience & Expertise:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in Enterprise Client Management

- Strong understanding of SaaS and tech product ecosystems

- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based solutions and software integration

- Track record of successful product implementations or client onboarding

TRAVEL & VISA REQUIREMENTS

Travel & Location Requirements:

- Willingness and ability to travel to the US frequently for client deployments and on-site implementations

- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and project timelines

- Comfortable with temporary relocation for extended implementations (as needed)

Visa & Documentation:

- Must hold a valid US Visa (B1/B2 or equivalent work authorization)

- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity

- Ability to obtain necessary clearances and background checks
