Role Overview:
As a Workday Consultant at AXA GBS, you will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions for our global HR operations. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations. Your expertise will ensure the successful deployment and ongoing optimization of Workday, contributing to improved HR processes and data accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday configurations to meet the needs of HR stakeholders.
- Configure Workday modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management, ensuring alignment with best practices and AXA's global standards.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate Workday configurations and ensure data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday issues, working with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful Workday implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and deliver training materials to HR users on Workday functionality.
- Participate in change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve Workday processes and configurations, driving continuous improvement in HR operations.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement Workday modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation and support, with a strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in business analysis and change management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Workday certification is preferred.
- 4-9 years of experience.
