
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a results-driven AWS Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud computing, and enterprise sales strategies.
This role requires a dynamic professional who can identify and convert opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for AWS cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AWS cloud sales by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Understand customer pain points and business needs to recommend tailored AWS solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, pricing strategies, and solution architectures.
- Work closely with AWS and channel partners to leverage sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with AWS products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals to customers.
- Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project execution.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in cloud sales, preferably with a focus on AWS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a cloud services environment.
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, and core cloud services.
- Knowledge of AWS service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
- Ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
- Experience working with AWS partners, resellers, and cloud solution providers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AWS pricing models, licensing, reserved instances, and cost optimization strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is preferred.
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent certifications are preferred but not required.
