Primary Responsibilities : 1. Act as the first point of contact for all employee grievances, manage & resolve complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough & objective investigations. 2. Coach, advise, and mentor all levels of management through employee relations matters (e.g., interpersonal conflict, communication of employment decisions, advice on policy application) 3. Facilitates interactions between the employees & the management regularly through different forums like the town hall, the team meets, etc. 4. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, Pro-active and regular connect with employees through skip level meetings to continuously gauge employee's morale through a series of formal / Informal discussions & conversations. 5. Handling the entire employee lifecycle managing workforce planning, engagement, performance management and appraisal, talent management, onboarding, training, and exit of the employee. 6. Drive engagement initiatives like - The new hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Chaipe Charcha, Happy Hours program, and R&Rs. Owns conceptualization, planning, and implementation of innovative employee engagement programs to enhance E-SAT (employee satisfaction) & ensure adherence to the plans. 7. Guide management in the application and interpretation of employment laws or regulations and HR-related policies and practices. 8. Identify HR intervention needs and create appropriate programs to address the current & future business challenges & opportunities. 9. Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering and process improvement initiatives. 10. Contributing to brand upliftment and coming up with interventions to enhance the brand image. 11. Review and analyze department-level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. 12. Set up HR Dashboard and track various metrics Desired Skills : 1. 3-5 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience with a technology, product or e-commerce organization. 2. MBA or relevant degree in HR from a reputed institution. 3. Demonstrated competence in various HR functional areas like talent management 4. Employee relations, engagement, and people analytics. 5. High level of interpersonal/ analytical skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. 6. Ability to perform special projects independently, develop innovative solutions, and handle variable workloads. 7. Able to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize important projects. 8. Must be able to work at all levels of HR - Strategic, operational, and tactical. 9. Possesses the ability to think strategically and implement strategy. 10. Ability to work with Business stakeholders at all levels. 11. Enjoys working collaboratively and in a team environment. 12. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis. Ability to drive metric-based solutions and experience building tools that drive business solutions. 13. Strong skills in Developing effective relationships, communication, managing stakeholders, implementing HR solutions, and scaling in a fast-paced organization. 14.
