Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, articulate, and driven Senior Business Development Manager -with a pleasing personality and a background in professional services or in business where the interaction was with CXO's. The ideal candidate is someone who loves traveling, has interacted with CXOs and senior decision-makers, and thrives in client-facing environments. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cybersecurity and enterprise technology sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision- makers.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A pleasing and confident personality with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus (training will be provided).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
