The Taxation Specialist is responsible for managing and ensuring the company's compliance with tax laws and regulations. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax information. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to income tax, sales tax, and property tax. 2. Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, including coordinating with external tax advisors as needed. 3. Review and analyze tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documentation to identify potential issues or areas of improvement. 4. Monitor tax laws and regulations to ensure the company is up to date with any changes or updates that may impact its tax obligations. 5. Develop and maintain tax policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations. 6. Communicate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and legal teams, to provide guidance on tax-related issues and ensure compliance. 7. Work with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities, to provide information and support as needed. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax planning opportunities and ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions. 9. Conduct tax research to support the company's compliance and planning efforts. 10. Participate in tax-related projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: 1. Degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably with a public accounting firm or in a corporate tax function. 3. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations. 4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software. 8. CPA or other tax-related certification preferred. 9. Experience with multinational taxation preferred. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
