
Position Overview: This role is critical in shaping the company's growth and strategic direction. The Assistant Manager - Corporate Strategy will oversee the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives that directly influence our long-term business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical capabilities, who can manage multiple projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Office to design and implement growth strategies ensuring long-term business sustainability and scalability.
- Lead initiatives using digital technologies to streamline operations, enhance analytics, and deliver customer-centered innovation.
- Translate market trends, competitor intel and complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between the Strategy team and internal teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization.
- Partner with core departments (e.g., finance, real estate, sales, operations and technology) to analyze business performance and develop efficiency-enhancing strategies
Project Management & Oversight
- Drive end-to-end project delivery with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor the outcomes of strategic initiatives and offer actionable insights and suggestions to enhance scalability and efficiency
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on latest industry trends and emerging technologies to come up with innovative strategies that drive continuous improvement.
- Design and manage supply-side strategies based on market insights and industry benchmarks.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to drive cost efficiency, revenue growth and elevate the customer experience.
- Create and manage financial models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support senior leadership and investor decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college (preferred majors: Economics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Mathematics).
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles.
- Exposure to commercial real estate, coworking, or a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
- Experience in driving digital transformations is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience using strategic frameworks and business analysis tools to drive decision-making
