Avvenire Partners - Investment Analyst

We're looking to hire a high-calibre Investment Analyst to join our team at Avvenire Partners, an investment fund led by a former Deutsche Bank distressed debt trader with a track record of ~28% unlevered IRR over 8 years.

About the role:

This is a front-office investing role with direct exposure to idea generation, portfolio construction, and capital allocation. You will work on high-conviction investments across US and European markets, primarily focused on public equities with opportunistic investing across other asset classes. The analyst will own their coverage end-to-end and have a direct say in final investment decisions.

What you'll do:

- Conduct deep-dive fundamental research and financial modelling

- Generate and present differentiated investment ideas

- Track portfolio companies and key developments

- Engage with management teams and other buyside analysts investors globally

What we're looking for:

- 1-2 years of experience in Equity Research / IB / Buy-side / PE / Leveraged Finance. Sector agnostic.

- Strong academic background (IITs/BITS + IIMs preferred)

- High attention to detail and high on integrity.

- High ownership mindset

- Bonus: Experience using AI tools in investing workflows is a plus
