What You'll Do :

- Lead Relationships - Cultivate and maintain key relationships with private equity firms and financial sponsors.

- Analyze & Advise - Take charge of financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to provide actionable insights.

- Create Impact - Develop and present compelling client pitches, transaction proposals, and marketing materials.

- Collaborate & Deliver - Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (M&A, ECM) to deliver successful deal outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

- 8+ years in Investment Banking with at least 5 years in FSG or related fields.

- Expert knowledge of financial sponsors and deal structures.

- Proven track record in financial analysis, deal execution, and client relationship management.

- A strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
