Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Data & AI offerings across Singapore, Thailand, and the broader APAC region.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Align regional sales initiatives with the global data vision and business objectives.
Consultative Solution Selling
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their data landscape, challenges, and transformation goals.
Architect tailored solutions across:
- Data Architecture & Engineering
- Data Warehousing & Data Lakes
- Data Governance & Quality
- Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and Business Intelligence
- Lead complex sales cycles focused on value creation, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes.
- Client & Partner Engagement
- Build sustain trusted relationships with CXOs, Chief Data Officers, and technology leaders.
- Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ecosystem partners to co-develop and co-sell data solutions.
Solution Development & Delivery Collaboration
- Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to shape compelling proposals and ensure successful project execution.
- Provide strategic input into solution design, pricing models, and delivery frameworks.
Skills & Experience:
- 18+ years in enterprise technology sales, with 7+ years in data solutions leadership.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platforms.
- Proven record of success selling to BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors in the APAC region.
- Deep familiarity with regional business and regulatory environments (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.
- Results-oriented, with a strong customer focus and commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and drive measurable outcomes.
- Promotes innovation and thought leadership within the team and across client engagements
