Experience - 8+ years in Financial Industry/ Private Wealth / Capital Markets / Private Banking

Education - UG / PG

Requirement - Experience in Preferred Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management

- The role involves managing and expanding the portfolio of private wealth clients, overseeing a team of wealth managers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also includes developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Experience in private wealth management, portfolio management, and client relationship

- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and business growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements

- Helping the teams to establish strong ties with them by designing & implementing their financial plans; and then by ensuring that they receive and execute on the right advice.

- He would be a business manager as he would be responsible for P & L of his team.

- Responsible for development and management of respective teams, comprising RMs.

- Handling a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers and planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products through the team by motivating, Inspiring and providing guidance to the team to keep the performance levels high
