Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in IT Consulting/Software Services Sales. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in managing and leading a sales team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering, with an MBA. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT Consulting/Software services Sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with at least 5+ years of global delivery model experience. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team. - Demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity. - Strong experience working with Clients from across the globe with a focus on North America and Europe. - Deep understanding of the software services landscape including UI/UX Design Services, Cloud Native App Development, Legacy App Modernisations, Enterprise Application Development, SaaS Platforms, Data Sciences/Data Engineering, Generative AI market trends, and customer needs. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Technology Trends, and Market Needs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. - Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. - Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
