The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing the sales function within an organization. With 12 years of experience in sales, the AVP Sales is expected to provide strategic direction, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelor's/P.G degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). - Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. - Proficient in using sales management software, CRM systems, and other sales tools. - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful insights. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Industry knowledge and experience in a relevant field is highly desirable.
