Position:AVP BPO Recruitment  Location-Bangalore  Reporting to -SVP HR  Size of Responsibility: Will lead 14 people in BPO recruitment. Current tower size is 14K and revenue size is 200MUSD.  Job Description:-   - To manage an organization that would be able to source talent at the right cost, transform their Communication, Customer handling and Technical skills to exceed expectations of SD and the Clients by introducing innovative training methods and make this talent available on time.   Responsibilities:-   - Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization.   - Providing strategic input on talent pipeline building and developing the leadership pool   - Key responsible in Frontline Hiring/Volume/Bulk/Mass Hiring   - Focus on external marketplace and provide external marketplace expertise/knowledge to Sourcing Lead & Sourcing Planning POC(s).   - Manage contact with external vendors/agencies and contract negotiations.   - Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence.   - You will partner with the business, sourcing leads and HR Business Partner to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium and long term client requirements.   - Develop and implement branding strategies to increase awareness of the organisation.   - Measure and analyze key metrics for the purpose of ensuring staffing effectiveness and quality; and, lead efforts to keep the staffing team aligned and effective against key priorities.   - Planning annual, multi- year Manpower requirements and Transfer Pricing.   - Interact with Clients to understand their requirements and perspectives of Customer satisfaction.   - Budgets guidelines are adhered   Desired Skills & Experience:-   - Should be a Postgraduate in Human Resources having 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition.   - Should have volume/bulk,mass hiring experience from a ITES/ BPO/ Call center.   - Should be a good strategist, business oriented, multiple stakeholder, mentor etc   - Essentially should have a team handling experience.   Should have a good communication and interpersonal skills.   - Preferred Industry - BPO   Candidates with matching credentials can send across their profiles to supreetha@tgc-consulting.com
