Job Summary: - Devise and implement GTM strategies for all new product launches in the lending domain. - Perform competitor analysis and refine the positioning to be the #1 embedded financial services provider in the country. Their team consists of some of the best minds in the industry coming from diverse backgrounds such as experts from NBFCs, Bureaus, Banking, Technology, ex-entrepreneurs, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new acquisition channels by conducting in-depth primary and secondary research and assist sales for the deal closure. - Scale the existing channels by 5-10X by identifying the key levers for growth. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, finance & delivery) to pilot, build & scale lending programs in a sustainable manner. Own, set up, and track output metrics for each program (Disbursals, Adoption, ROI). - Actively track the regulations in the financial services industry and be a thought leader in communicating to various stakeholders. The successful candidate: - Must be an MBA only from tier 1 colleges, with 2+ years of relevant industry experience. - Must have worked in a fast-paced growth-startup. - Should have good business acumen with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities. - Should be proactive, self-starter, highly motivated, and able to manage complex programs independently. - Should have strong program management skills, interpersonal skills - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams. - Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Must possess a 'do whatever it takes' attitude to ensure that the projects are done right on time.
