With 5-8 years of proven expertise in inventory management, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain, purchasing processes, and inventory planning to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. Responsibilities: - Strategic Oversight: Lead supply chain, buying, and inventory planning to optimize operational efficiency. - Procurement Excellence: Enhance procurement processes, supplier relationships, and cost-effectiveness. - Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure efficient stock control. - Financial Stewardship: Monitor cash flow in alignment with inventory and procurement decisions. - Data-Driven Insights: Conduct advanced data analysis for informed strategic decisions. - Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges in supply chain, buying, and inventory promptly. - Leadership: Guide a team of two Senior Managers, reporting to the company's founder. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, buying, and inventory planning.
