Job Summary: The incumbent will own the end to end customer experience of sellers including identifying monetization opportunities, designing and developing sales, upsell and retention plans and their GTM strategies, new product development basis requirements, process design for efficiency and efficacy of the business and marketing related initiatives. The role requires working closely with cross functional teams (including marketplace) to ensure proper seller experience is delivered through the products and processes as per the product design. Job Description: 1. Interact with customers regularly to understand their needs and priorities 2. Identify new monetization opportunities and develop products to cater to these needs 3. Identify upsell opportunities to improve the Per Customer Revenue and productivity of the sales function. 4. Analyze the customer behavior data to assess the engagement levels and design solutions to ensure healthy renewal rates 5. Identify prospects for building the brand footprint in newer clients and categories; work with the sales function to drive productivity 6. Create and launch Go Live Plans for customer experience improvement programs 7. Assist in development of annual operating plans for New Sales, Renewal, Upsell and Customer Retention 8. Develop performance metrics, promotion schemes and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the Sales and Servicing teams 9. Engage closely with the marketplace teams for delivering desired customer experience objectives 10. Ideate and deploy marketing led initiatives to build the brand amongst the decision makers with Enterprises Knowledge and Skills: 1. Ability to work in cross functional teams in a highly dynamic & fast paced work environment 2. Data analytics 3. Customer focus with service orientation and strong business acumen 4. IT savvy &amp; process orientation 5. Strong Team player Experience: - 8-12 years - Enterprise Selling experience is a must - Understanding of Digital Marketing and Lead Management would be a plus Qualifications: - B.Tech + MBA or Equivalent from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred
