They help their clients unlock everyday value through a combination of cutting-edge data science, proprietary big-data technology, and domain centric, outcome oriented approach, to turn business challenges into opportunities for better customer outcomes-the science of happy customers   Duties and Responsibilities  - Thought leadership in developing core competency strategies and operationalizing them for the organization  - Establish vision for algorithm strategy, technology strategy, platform strategy and work with the advanced data sciences team  - Stakeholder management - working with the clients/board members/senior leadership on a day to day basis to translate the tech & data sciences vision for both internal and external development.  - Project management (algorithm development) - Owning all phases of a project from initiation to requirement gathering, proof of concept, development to delivery.  - People Management - Driving a team of advanced data analysts in achieving the business goals. Setting an example by leading from the front, on-boarding, training, coaching and developing talent.  - Drive new and advanced analytical frameworks and establish process efficiencies  Skills & Qualifications  - Master's degree or PHD from a reputed university with specialization in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics or Equivalent or Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.  - 9-12 Years of relevant experience in the development and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms in any platform.  - Should be proficient in GPU programming, NVidia CUDA, Theano, Caffe, MXNet, CNTK, or TensorFlow or Keras frameworks, R, Wolfram, Scala or similar machine learning languages/packages and or analytical tools  - Should have proficiency in Spark, Hadoop, Mahout, Python, R, Matlab, Java, Javascript, C++, Node.js, LISP, Prolog etc.  - Should have advanced skill level with machine learning environments (e.g., R, scikit-learn, Theano, Torch and Tensorflow etc.)  - Should have advanced skill level in data mining/automated knowledge acquisition, representation & reasoning, characterization, and validation of cognitive systems via user studies  - Familiarity with neural nets and deep learning topologies such as convolutional nets, recurrent nets, RBMs, auto encoders, etc.  - Exposure to research in neural nets such as memory augmentation, reinforcement learning, and representational learning is beneficial.  - Applying machine learning methodology, with emphasis on applying and integrating AI, graph analytic and deep learning preferred  - Manipulating high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends with machine learning techniques  - Doctorate or publishing record in Deep/machine learning, security, software architecture and have strong tie-up/network with experts/academics/researcher  Other information:  Location: Bangalore  Compensation: Negotiable for a great candidate
