Qualification: MBA with 12- 15 years of experience Current CTC should be 32 - 40L PA - A self-starter with relevant training & assessment related certifications, and a proven ability to design & facilitate delivery of competency-based learning programs; functional / process / product trainings and leadership development frameworks, at a pan India level. - Handling a team of Regional Trainers, HO Trainers, Functional and Non-Functional trainers - Needs to have strong passion for learning and capability building. Build a structure and process to learning and capability building. Designing and implementing a competency framework. - Establish an ongoing process of review and development of learning to best represent business needs and company values. Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives. - Coach the L&D team in the development, design, delivery, and evaluation of high impact learning interventions. - Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of our team. - Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements. - Plan and prepare training materials in lines with the latest trends. - Carry out research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth. - Experience in project management and budgeting - Oversee the effective use of the Learning - Management System to manage and evaluate learning using key metrics to support a high impact learning culture. - Collaborating with HR leaders to implement effective deployment and redeployment strategies contributing to regularly scheduled performance management processes. - Introducing new L&D programs on an ongoing basis to support changing strategic objectives. Required : - Candidates with post-graduation qualifications in HR/OD with 15 - 20 yrs. of rich experience in design and delivery of learning interventions and OD strategies as well as content / curriculum development, with HFCs / NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services preferred.
