AVP - Investment Banking Associate

Preferred Background:

Investment Banking (Front-End), Big 4 Due Diligence, Equity Research or Private Equity

Key Responsibilities:

- Support deal execution by assisting in negotiations, conducting due diligence and managing the end-to-end documentation process.

- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to develop investment theses for both active mandates and prospective client pitches.

- Create high-quality deal materials, including information memorandums, detailed financial models in Excel and investor pitch decks.

- Engage with clients and investors, front-ending interactions alongside senior team members and contributing to relationship management and communication.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a solid grasp of valuation techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
