HR Solutions - AVP  Summary of essential job functions:  - Communicate with Senior Stakeholders to understand feedback/needs/requests on HR Solutions matters and act on the same  - Manage HR Solutions requirements & plan and manage the entire process of New Hire Induction HR Solutions for all levels  - Responsible for and to continually review and enhance the efficiency of all the processes of HR Solutions.  - Manage and lead effective new-joiner HR Solutions experience as well as the Letter Generalist, Document Management and Background Screening domains” for UK, US and APAC (incl India)  - To manage and ensure accurate publishing of periodic reports and responsible for MIS  - Vendor Management as well as Project Management initiatives  - Be part of the larger HRS framework, journey as well HRS Management team and demonstrate thought leadership to contribute valuably to all matters concerning HR Solutions  - Lead the team and give specific focus on developing the junior and middle layer of management and preparing them for bigger roles for the future  - Support Transition and migration requirements for HR Solutions as well as overall HRS  - Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual dashboards to management  - Regular interaction with Vendors and Stakeholders  - To manage and monitor a team of energized and enthusiastic team members  - To manage the delivery within deadline and meet the client expectation  Education/Knowledge/Experience:  - Any Graduate / Post Graduate - Any Specialization   - A minimum of 8 years of experience in related industry out of which minimum of 4-5 years at a middle / senior level in a HR Shared Services environment.  - Computer proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize IT initiatives to achieve a high degree of operational efficiency, optimize costs and add value to the services provided.  - Excellent Stakeholder management skills  - Effective written and spoken communication skills.  - Good Project Management skills.  - Proven ability to function effectively in a multi cultural environment.  - Seek opportunities to improve service process, minimize operational risk and reduce costs.  - Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to effectively delegate tasks and proven experience of successfully managing a team.  - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.  - Effective decision making and leadership qualities  QUALIFYING CANDIDATES SEND ACROSS A COPY OF YOUR RESUME TO ME AT appanna@hireworks.org SO THAT WE CAN TAKE IT FORWARD ACCORDINGLY.
