Designation : AVP HR  Reporting Relationship : HR VP and Functional Leaders  Summary of Role / Profile:  Focus of the Function: Own and drive complete end to end HR partnership for key functions : Practice, Solutioning, Transitions, New Product Innovation, Legal  Why does this job exist: To provide HR support to the functions mentioned above (total span of ~ 400 globally)  How does the role add value:Need strong HR partnership to ensure we attract, develop and retain the right profiles into the functions mentioned above and lead strategic HR initiatives tailor made to the needs of the function  How is this role unique from others: These are special functions with niche profiles / knowledge workers requiring a different level of strategic HR partnership  Who are the key relationships for this role:HR Leaders and Functional Leaders (globally)  What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role: Post Graduate in Management(Tier 1 or 2 institutes)  What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years: Create the framework to attract, develop and retain niche profiles and knowledge workers including various facets like competency development models, resource deployment models etc. Ability to influence and build “trust” relationship with 3 functional leaders (2 based in US, 1 in India).   Specific competences ( Essential)  - Strong HR domain knowledge  - Excellent communication/influencing skills   - Ability to manage senior stakeholders   - High Intellect  Specific competences (Desirable)  - Global orientation (worked on international assignments)  Key Roles and Responsibilities 	  - Own and drive complete end to end HR partnership for key functions : Practice, Solutioning, Transitions, New Product Innovation, Legal (~ 400 employees globally)  - Create the framework to attract, develop and retain niche profiles and knowledge workers including various facets like competency development models, resource deployment models etc. Ability to influence and build “trust” relationship with 3 functional leaders (2 based in US, 1 in India).  - Ensure delivery on key HR processes and metrics (E.g. attrition rates, employee engagement, talent management, incentive programs etc.) 	 Essential   Experienced HR resource with deep domain understanding. Must have done a generalist HR role in a leading consulting organization. Must have experience managing knowledge workers / consultants.
