AVP - HR Corporate HR Head Experience: 10 - 20 years Knowledge of Recruitment / Performance Management System / Learning & Development / Payroll / Policy formulations / Competency mapping/ Succession planning/ PIP Program / Employee Engagement - Aprx 15 years' experience in Core HR generalist area at managerial capacity Roles & Responsibilities - Oversee Talent Acquisition for positions based at Office and factories through internal talent acquisition team & exploring other sourcing channels - Generate weekly MIS for Management - Designing Job Descriptions across all levels and for all Verticals for PMS, TNA & CB Needs - Ensure all new joiners undergo company standard induction - Carry out competency / Skill Gap Analysis by development of Competency Mapping format & administering same - Develop Annual Training Plan for all functions & locations on basis of gap analysis and administer the same - Plan, design and administer formats & communication on Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review and Annual Performance Appraisal for the company employees - Prepare /Revise policies related to Compensation, Transfer, Promotion, Interns, Consultants etc - Identify high performers and create Succession plan to develop & retain them - Identify poor performers and address their performance issues through established PIP Program - Create Employee Engagement Annual calendar & drive the same across Company - Take steps for managing attrition in high attrition sites - Oversee Payroll processing and present MIS for Management Authorities - Leave Sanction for the Reportees TAT for Talent Acquisition : - Payroll compliance & disbursal timelines - On boarding trainings - Metrics to measure success of PMS - Training & Development Qualitative : - HR Initiative - Engagement Initiatives - Performance Appraisals Strong Knowledge on HR Generalist role : Additional Attributes : - Good Leadership skills - Multiple stake holder management
