Key Responsibilities: Luxury Design Strategy: - Develop and communicate a sophisticated and cohesive luxury design strategy aligned with the brand and goals of the luxury real estate projects. Team Leadership: - Lead, inspire, and manage a team of elite interior designers, architects, and support staff. - Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence in design execution. - Project Conceptualization and Planning: - Collaborate with project teams to conceptualize and define the luxury interior design elements of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with the target market and brand positioning. - Conduct thorough market research to understand and integrate current luxury design trends. Client Engagement: - Engage directly with high-net-worth clients to understand their preferences, lifestyles, and expectations regarding luxury interior design. - Create bespoke design concepts that reflect the unique tastes and aspirations of the clientele. Design Development and Detailing: - Oversee the development of detailed luxury interior design plans, including space planning, material selection, custom furniture design, lighting, and art curation. - Ensure adherence to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Client Presentations and Marketing: - Lead presentations to clients, participate in marketing events, and contribute to promotional activities that showcase the luxury interior design excellence of real estate projects. - B.Arch / Diploma Architecture or any relevant degree with specialization Interior design with minimum 20+ years of experience. - Should have lead Interior Design for a luxury Hotel / Design Consulting / Real Estate Developer. Should have worked on Luxury or High End Residential Projects or Five Star Hotel projects. - Experience in Hospitality Projects a big added advantage. - Stability is a must.
