Role Overview: AVP - Diversity & Inclusion As the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist, you will be a crucial contributor to shaping an inclusive workplace culture. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Collaborate closely with leadership to formulate and execute comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies aligned with the company's values. Program Excellence: - Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of impactful diversity and inclusion programs. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to raise awareness and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion matters. Metrics and Insight: - Establish and monitor key metrics to gauge the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts. - Deliver regular reports to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Policy Development: - Work collaboratively with HR and legal teams to craft and update policies supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, or a related field. - Proven track record in developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives. - Strong comprehension of equity and inclusion issues, coupled with knowledge of industry best practices. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
