1. Ownership of Operations: - Develop and implement streamlined operational processes for debt syndication. - Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established standards. - Continuously assess operational processes and identify areas for improvement. - Implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time & and cost of transaction - Oversee the end-to-end debt syndication process, ensuring seamless execution, including documentation, coordination, and compliance. 2. Liaison and Coordination: - Collaborate closely with internal (Marketing, TEV, LIE, Resolution teams etc.) and other stakeholders. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination between operational and marketing teams. 3. Document Management: - Oversee the preparation, review, and accuracy of all data & documentation related to debt syndication transactions (CMA data, DPR, IM, Teaser sheet etc.) - Ensure adherence to documentation standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. 4. Risk Management: - Identify potential operational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. 5. Stakeholder Liaison: - Liaise with bankers for proposal processing and resolution. - Interact with clients to address information exchange and bank-related queries. The ideal candidate should have :- Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of debt syndication processes, financial regulations, and industry best practices. - Knowledge of operational management principles, process optimization, and technology integration. - Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance techniques relevant to debt syndication process Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and reporting. - Negotiation skills for vendor management and lending agreements. Qualification Preferably Masters in Business Administration ( Finance) Master's / Bachelor's degree in commerce
