Job Title: Associate Vice President Level: Division: Custody Services Function : Settlements Debt Unit Reporting Relationship: Average No. of direct Reportees : 2 Job Role / KRA's 1. Processing of GSec deals through NDS-OM Including NDS OM web /VFT/ Ekuber for Secondary market transactions. 2. Processing of Debt deals through NSCCL & ICCL for Secondary market transactions. 3. Processing of Primary Market Debt deals for Domestic and FPI Clients. 4. Monitor FPI Debt Utilization Investment Limit as well as G-Sec / VRR Utilization Limits for FPI clients. 5. Preparing and Sending Regulatory Reports to RBI and CCIL for Gsec trades. 6. Reporting of Fund Flow and Outflow to Treasury Team. 7. Performing daily holding reconciliation from data received from CCIL and internal system. 8. Ensure resolving reconciliation breaks. 9. Ensuring Client reports are sent on timely basis. 10. Responsible to ensure clean Audits. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Skills/Knowledge prerequisites: 1. Knowledge of Indian Capital Markets, SEBI & RBI Regulations for Custodian, Equity & Debt Settlement of trades. 2. Knowledge of GSec settlement process and all regulations pertaining of GSec settlement Educational Qualifications - Commerce Graduate from any University. Experience Profile: - Job requires at least 6-8 years' experience preferably with Custody Services unit of any Bank. Target Companies: - Custody Services of Bank and Treasury Back office of Bank handling G Sec settlement
