Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service training programs for customer service representatives - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service teams - Manage a team of Trainers and Quality Agents - Design and deliver performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms to monitor and improve customer service quality - Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement in customer service quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer service quality aligns with overall business objectives - Develop and maintain customer service standards and guidelines - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into customer service training programs - Provide coaching and mentoring support to customer service teams to improve performance. Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: - Proven experience in customer service training and quality management - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills - Good organizational and time-management skills.
