This product leader will be the consumer product counterpart to fraud and risk teams. They will lead a small, but very high impact team who will own platform safety for the Company- protect consumer from fraud, educate them on risk and build product interventions across Paytm to safeguard consumers. To be successful here, a leader has to have: 1. Prior experience running platform safety / fraud and risk product teams in large scale B2C companies. This role needs a consumer focused person, and not a business or risk product person 2. Ability to work very closely with regulators, compliance as well as other product teams to problem solve risk and fraud solutions 3. Can represent Company in external forums with regulators to help steer regulatory decision making (prior experience in this is a bonus) 4. Can work as a high impact senior IC with a small team than own a vertical charter with large product teams A passionate Product Manager with 12+ years of experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Product Management
